Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All items sold (including spoofers, menus and accounts) are delivered digitally. Once delivery is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The product or account was not delivered, or
  • The product is non-functional at the time of delivery and verified by our support team

Any issues must be reported immediately after delivery.

Not Eligible for Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • User error or misuse
  • Bans, suspensions, wipes, or resets
  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues not discussed before purchase
  • Failure to follow provided instructions

Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from our services.
